• Q. How often do you receive your data?
  • A. We receive our data from a multitude of sources EVERYDAY unlike other vendors who only receive it on the 15th of each month. This ensures that your data feed is ready when you are ready and you do not have to wait till the second month to get a complete picture of what is happening on the first month.
• Q. How often can I receive the data?

• Q. How complete is your data?
  • A. Vestdata has received certification that our data feeds contain more information than any other vendor in our market space. Our historic data service is rated as one of the best in the industry and our ability to customised the data to suit our clients is one of our greatest assets.
• Q. What is the quality of your raw data feed?
  • A. This is the most important question to ask any data vendor as the raw data feed dictates the final outcome. We deal direct listed data managers totally 20,000 entries per day, yes there are cheaper suppliers of raw data in the market but non are more complete in there capture of raw data. Our suppliers are global and are rated as Number 1 in their market; we would never consider supplying you with anything less than the best.
• Q. Do you make recommendations for software solutions?
  • A. In short we do not recommend one solution over another as each individual is seeking a different solution and most vendors have their market niche`, however, what we would suggest is that you consider our tiered software rating before your purchase or up-grade.
• Q. Can’t my software vendor supply data?
  • A. Only as recently as 2007 did a software vendor move to providing ASX data as an inclusion with the purchasing of their software. They created their own ASX data feed only to find out AFTER the data had been released that their data was incorrect. Many clients were disadvantage by the mistakes made by this vendor.
    The vendor thought that data was just a series of numbers and that “anybody can do it”, but the reality is very different and the downside to you can be extreme when they make a mistake. Data is all we do hence why you receive the best solution for your software
